The rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view over Coimbra.

First, I found the air conditioning system completely unintuitive, leading to a sleepless night as I struggled to cool down my room. I was frustrated by the absence of basic amenities. The lack of even a paper cup for a late-night drink was disappointing.

The location was marvellous; appreciated being steps away from an art museum. Booked double room with a great shower. The staff were nice and perfect all the time...

Great food, good sized and fashionable room with a great shower as well as a comfortable bed. Perfect and convenient location for our visit to a cute theme park around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I loved chilling on the sun terrace and enjoying the live music at the Bixos Restaurant while we dined. The atmosphere was so cute, and the prices were surprisingly good! Just a heads up, it got a bit warm in the room, but it didn't ruin our awesome experience 😊

exceptionally comfortable accommodation, incredible staff, excellent location in the middle of jackson. the rooms with a great shower and a comfortable bed, for example. a wide array of great options for meal. in the center of the city, very convenient.

A balance of wins and fails

Very nice service from the staff! They provided a detailed briefing with a map and a complimentary drink. Plus, the location was ideal, just steps from the charming old town.

Room lacked windows with a somewhat claustrophobic feel and dim lighting made it less inviting. Air conditioning was tricky to control, posing a discomfort during warm days.

Rooms lack windows, contributing to a very claustrophobic sensation!!! Air conditioning controls can be frustrating, leaving you at the mercy of discomfort during warm days!!! Dim lighting and small room size can leave much to be desired!!!

Couple Cozy Retreat

The staff was amazingly friendly, greeted us with a cold aluminum bottle of beer which hit the spot after our long day! The wonderful design of the box room was perfect for us, offering privacy while shutting out the world outside which felt comforting.

The stay featured an impressively spacious room with excellent Wi-Fi, great for seamless work sessions. A welcome drink upon arrival was a thoughtful touch, and the homemade jams at breakfast were good. Despite that, the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

easy access to coimbra's historic sites and parks

staying here was a delight as it was less than a 10-minute walk to the fine University of Coimbra and the beautiful Santa Cruz Church, made for perfect strolling destinations during my weekend visit.

Clean environment, great staff, but no outside windows. Had to keep bathroom door shut.

Staying here with friends was really fun! The hotel is modern and clean, fitting right into Coimbra's vibe. We got to explore Coimbra Football Stadium and enjoyed great dining options nearby. Staff was super friendly, and our spacious room made it easy to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Don't miss the bar that stays open late!
